Whether you're a rigger looking to expand your skills with diverse bodies, or a bottom seeking an inclusive and affirming rope experience, this class will equip you with both theory and practical techniques to help create meaningful, empowering, and joyful rope experiences for every body.

This class has been changed from a lecture and demo to give people an opportunity to tie and try some tips and tricks that are taught.
This will not be taught as a suspension class.
There will be opportunity to tie, either solo or with a partner, and auditing is welcome.
If you plan to tie, please bring a cutting tool and a barrier to sit on.
