Description

EDGE Session: Educator Coaching Lab: Live Teaching, Feedback, and Refinement

This session is part of EDGE — Educator Development & Growth Experience, a guided mentorship program for kink educators who are ready to refine their skills, strengthen their impact, and evolve their teaching practice with intention. EDGE is collaboratively designed and facilitated by Devyn Stone and IzzyOkay.

EDGE sessions are intentionally designed to support educators at multiple stages of growth. Each session blends practical skill-building, guided reflection, and shared learning, with an emphasis on helping participants integrate new insights directly into their teaching practice. Participants can expect EDGE sessions to prioritize clarity, intentionality, and real-world application, supporting both confidence and competence as kink educators.

Session description:

This is a working lab, not a polished performance space. Three EDGE folks will teach short pieces of real, in-progress material and get live coaching from both facilitators, plus structured feedback from the room. We’re focusing on the stuff that actually matters in practice—clarity, pacing, accessibility, presence, flow—whatever shows up.

Observers aren’t just watching; you’ll be learning how to give useful feedback and how educators integrate it in real time.

Presenting spots are limited.

Facilitated by Devyn and Izzy
