Kasumi's concept, style and variation have very strong characteristics of traditional Japanese beauty and culture, which receives profound influence from the upbringing of ikebana/kadō (flower arrangement), sadō/chadō (tea ceremony) and fine kimono. She brings a refined, haunting aesthetic, combining elements of Japanese culture with Kinbaku as kyokuero (eroticism) and ku (suffering).

Kisa is a Melbourne based, half-Japanese Shibari artist, who discovered her love for rope in 2020. She uses Shibari to express her love of vulnerability and connection. For Kisa, the art of rope becomes both a personal and cultural expression, drawing audiences into her journey of relinquishing control and embracing the beauty of suffering.

Succubus (she/her)
After starting @-succubus- 's rope journey in 2011/12, succubus has developed a style in rope that is full of chaos, whimsy and for the queer gaze.

In love with creating shapes and sufferings with her rope companion, each tie is an adventure and unique to the mood of the tying pair in the moment. Succubus has performed in Australia and New Zealand and teaches rope both privately and with MCR in Naarm/Melbourne.

MistyMayhemX (she/her)
Naarm/Melbourne 🇦🇺
@MistyMayhemX is an alternative, body-positive queer who views shibari and fetish modelling as a canvas for deep self-expression. Embodying a captivating contrast, Misty uses rope as a creative container to celebrate playfulness, trust, exposure, and edges. Whether she is melting into a moment of profound vulnerability or playfully squirming against the tension, Misty invites audiences into a space that has a spellbinding duality—one that's full of slow, soft surrender and spontaneous sass. 🖤💖

Peaches (she/her)
@SparklePeach is a queer Naarm-based rope switch & self-tier who fell into the tangle of rope during her days travelling in circus sideshows and let it slowly envelope her. She revels in exploring and celebrating the strength and vulnerability of her partners, always led by a playful curiosity and wonder for the incredible humans she creates with and a giggling mean streak that dances just below the surface.

Jasper’s Hedonism (they/them)
Is a queer fetish performer & sex worker that yearns to leave you craving more after they grace the stage with their sadomasochistic presence. Whether it’s bringing monsterfucking fantasies to life, being puppeteered or just getting down right filthy, they’re nothing short of mischievous debauchery.

Currently haunting so called Melbourne (Naarm), Jasper has been seen on the stages of Melbourne Rubber, Hanky, Atomica, Velvet Damnation & more.
