Description
CORE is BDSM re-energised and re-calibrated, combining classic with the new.
Deviants.
Perverts.
Degraders and degradees.
Our hostesses for the night @M_Kora and @MsSugarSpice.
We're diving back to the CORE of BDSM.
We're not talking the slap and tickle in the bedroom kind of kink.
Protocols and rituals carve the spaces here.
Expect leather pups over fluffy tails and kittens with crops.
Edge play will be front and centre, not pressed into a back corner.
Dominants bring your submissives.
Masters bring your slaves.
Sadists, your masochists.
Handlers, your pups or ponies.
CORE calls on the community that once thrived with Presence and Power and asks you to come out and play. We want the hush to fall when intensity takes spotlight, where Power is Exchanged, and we can feel it thrum through the room. We want respect for dynamics to be universal in this space; a standard of understanding that collars and leads mean more than 50 Shades.
Attendees, expect ethics and values of BDSM will be enforced by strict Dungeon masters and by those holding this space. Respect the Dominants, respect their submissives. Understand the culture to which you want to belong and in turn, they will guide and shape you. CORE begins and ends with integrity and respect, not grandiose, entitled attitudes.
We want all attendees to have a good time but let's be real, CORE night isn't a munch night. Loud conversations should be moved to a location where appropriate. Hush around play areas. Be respectful. Be responsible. Watch play chemistry ignite and give it room to breathe by treating scenes with reverence. An audience holds power and can sway an atmosphere - you can make or break a scene. Witness with intention.
Your Kink Is Not My Kink - We love kinksters that can appreciate that some people are into things they're not and that's okay. At CORE events, if you find yourself near play that makes you uncomfortable, Don't Look. Walk Away. Remove yourself from the situation. We're all adults and responsible for our own well being.
The events will be governed by the rules of the event space "The Club" however, we have our own set of values and expectations.
VALUES:
Respect.
- Respect is expected of all Dominants and submissives.
- Attendees will respect Protocols and dynamics, holding space for all on display.
- Respect the space and efforts made to maintain the atmosphere for the enjoyment of all attendees.
- Entitlement is not welcome - not by Dominants nor submissives - unless by prior negotiation.
Responsibility.
- These are adult events - attendees are responsible for their own behaviour and welfare, including emotional regulation and triggers.
- It will be assumed that attendees are well versed in communication. BDSM requires negotiation and negotiation requires communication. If you cannot communicate effectively, these events are not for you.
Protocols.
- The backbone of BDSM, protocols will be enforced and encouraged, and attendees will have opportunities to educate and participate merely by being present. As such, collars will hold significant meaning while in this space.
- Attendees wearing collars will be honoured as a submissive of a Dominant in attendance. Traditionally, a collared submissive is a Dominant's property - all other Dominants are expected to respect this symbol of a dynamic and approach the submissive's Dominant first, to do otherwise is a breach of etiquette.
Dress Code:
Basic black is a minimal requirement, however we ask all attendees to put your best foot forward. We are not asking for anyone to adhere to a particular aesthetic, but that attendees present themselves with consideration and care. Be intentional. CORE is a BDSM event, dress appropriately.
Dungeon Monitors:
CORE will have additional Dungeon Monitors working the floor at their events. The hosts and the DMs will be present to ensure safety and comfort of attendees, offer insights to the dynamics at play and be available to answer questions or concerns.
