This is a Fragrance Free Event. Please come clean and ready to swim and play.
Have you wanted an excuse to break out your best spandex and Lycra? This is a pool party that you won’t want to miss. From Spidos to Singlets come to Splash Down, and Decompress with one last fling. We can’t wait for you to join us for a wet and wild time.
This is a sex and kink-positive space. There are play spaces to enjoy inside, along with wonderful air conditioning if you need to cool off while things heat up. Folks across a wide range of ethnicities, ages, body types and experiences are welcome to join us. Nudity is welcome in the home but please make sure to have shorts or a bathing suit when outside. There are neighbors to consider.
Please come clean and ready to swim. No lotions, Deoderant, or Sented body products.

You are welcome to bring guests. We ask that you make sure they understand the rules and expectations before arrival. Please park on the street and do not block the driveways. Feel free to drop things off and then go park on Kelly Street or Bacon Street. Please prioritize the closest parking for our guests with disabilities.
