Pleasure Is My Medicine is creating a space to explore pleasure, sensuality, conscious touch, energy, and human connection without sexual activity being part of the experience.
The word sensual refers to our capacity to consciously experience sensation through the body, breath, touch, sound, movement, presence, and connection.
The word Tantric refers to the energetic and contemplative approach informing the bodywork. It does not mean that sexual activity is expected, encouraged, or included.
No sex.

This is an experiential wellness and consciousness gathering centered on consent, boundaries, embodiment, connection, and conscious pleasure.
THE EXPERIENCE
Pleasure Is My Medicine — The Art & Science of Sensual Healing invites you into a six-hour journey through our Eight-Fold Path of Sacred Pleasure, Basic Shamanic Energy Work, conscious connection, and Shamanic Tantric Bodywork demonstration.
We'll explore:

These are familiar human experiences, but when approached intentionally they can become opportunities to explore presence, relaxation, trust, communication, embodiment, and connection.
BASIC SHAMANIC ENERGY WORK
Following a brief 10–15 minute integration break, we'll turn inward with practices designed to explore the balance of masculine and feminine energies within.
The experience includes:

🌌 Bring Down Heaven
We'll explore Inner-Chi awareness, energetic circulation, breath, movement, grounding, and conscious awareness of the body.
SHAMANIC TANTRIC BODYWORK
Participants will also witness a Shamanic Tantric Bodywork demonstration.
The demonstration explores the relationship between:
• Breath
• Energy
• Conscious touch
• Presence
• Relaxation
• Sensual awareness
• Connection
The bodywork is non-sexual.
The purpose is to demonstrate conscious, intentional touch and energetic awareness as part of the broader Pleasure Is My Medicine approach.
SACRED PLEASURE MINI KICKBACK
After the demonstration, we loosen the structure and create space to simply connect and kick back.
Tea, light refreshments, music, conversation, laughter, and opportunities to revisit the Eight-Fold Path will be part of the closing experience.
Participants may choose to engage in consensual, non-sexual forms of connection and touch.
There is no requirement to touch anyone or be touched.
You may participate, observe, pass, or change your mind at any time.
