If you awnsered yes to both of those you should come along to our impact workshop


At this workshop we will be looking at the fundamentals of playing with impact. Things you will learn to add impact safely to your toolkit is

  • Tools & materials (Some tools like bamboo arent safe for impact, and we will go through why).
  • Where to do Impact? What parts of the body are higher or lower risk
  • Technique, swing intensity & sensation
  • Reading your partner's body cues
  • Consent & negotiation, ( Things like where is it okay to have marks, risk profiles for play, processing pain )
  • Aftercare & check ins

Please bring along some shared kai and an impact tool you wish to share
