HOW THE WEEKEND WORKS
The Oz Kink Fest Weekend Workshop Intensives are two full days of kink, BDSM, fetish and rope education, with presenters from Australia and around the world.
Across the weekend there are 6 workshop time slots — 3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday.
Multiple workshops run simultaneously during each time slot. You choose one workshop per time slot, so:
Weekend Pass / VIP Pass = choose up to 6 workshopsDay Pass = choose up to 3 workshops on your selected day
You do not need to choose your individual workshops before purchasing your pass.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY MY PASS?
Once you have purchased your VIP Pass, Workshop Weekend Pass or Workshop Day Pass, you will receive information explaining how to select your individual workshops.
The workshop booking links are private and are only provided to people who have purchased an eligible pass.
You can then choose your preferred workshop for each available time slot, subject to capacity.
Workshop booking links are NOT publicly available.
CHOOSING YOUR WORKSHOPS
You can attend one workshop per time slot.
Please don't book multiple workshops occurring at the same time. Places are limited, and doing so prevents somebody else from booking.
If you change your mind after selecting a workshop, please cancel the workshop you no longer want so the place becomes available to another attendee.
If your preferred workshop is full, you may check with us at the venue on the day. Once booked participants have entered, any remaining places may be made available where appropriate.
WHAT KIND OF WORKSHOPS ARE THERE?
The program includes an enormous variety of topics across kink and BDSM, including practical skills, rope, impact, power exchange, psychological play, submission, communication, edge play and much more.
Workshops may include discussion, demonstrations, hands-on learning and practical exploration, depending on the session.
Some workshops are suitable for complete beginners, while others require previous experience or specific skills.
WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE LEVELS
Workshops use a Green, Amber or Red rating to help you choose sessions appropriate to your experience.
🟢 GREEN — All Levels Welcoming and accessible for beginners and curious newcomers, while still offering value for experienced participants.
🟠 AMBER — Intermediate For participants with some prior knowledge or practical experience who are ready to build their skills and explore more challenging material.
🔴 RED — Advanced For experienced and seasoned players. These workshops may involve advanced techniques, heavier or edge-play content and require a solid understanding of relevant kink practices and safety.
Always read the individual workshop description and any prerequisites before making your selection.
IMPORTANT — DK BLACKFISH TWO-DAY INTENSIVE
International Shibari artist and educator DK Blackfish is presenting a separate, dedicated two-day rope intensive across Saturday and Sunday.
Because of the structure of DK Blackfish's teaching, participants must attend in pairs and commit to the full two days.
DK Blackfish Intensive Ticket — $750 per pair
The ticket covers two people and includes:
- The complete two-day DK Blackfish Intensive
- Saturday and Sunday intensive sessions
- Entry to the Saturday night party for both participants
The DK Blackfish Intensive is NOT included in the VIP Pass, Workshop Weekend Pass or Workshop Day Pass.
It must be purchased separately.
If you are attending the DK Blackfish Intensive, you do not select individual workshops from the general Weekend Workshop program during those sessions.
