Join us for the second Leather Forge event, an introduction to the world of leather harnesses!
Whether you're completely new to harnesses or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will explore the fundamentals of harnesses from both a practical and material perspective. We'll look at the different materials, styles and types of harnesses, their various uses and applications, and the basics of choosing and caring for leather.
This time we'll be located at a queer and ally friendly gay bar called Street 66 on Parliament Street. We'll be located in the upper backroom area with the access to a bar.
We'll cover what makes a harness, how different materials and construction methods affect its look, feel and function, and how to approach leather care and maintenance to keep your gear in good condition.
This is an introductory, educational session designed to give attendees a better understanding of harnesses, the materials they're made from, and how to care for them with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and learn from others.
