How do I enable my camera to take verification pictures?

Clicking the Enable My Camera button found in verification steps should open a prompt asking for camera access.

If the prompt doesn't show up you'll need to allow camera access in your browser or device settings.

Here's how to do it with different device and browser combinations we support:

Mobile/Tablet

  • Safari iOS (Device Settings > Safari > Camera)
  • Chrome iOS (Device Settings > Chrome > Camera)
  • Firefox (Firefox > Settings > Site Permissions > Camera)
  • Chrome Android

Computer

If you are unable to get your camera to work, we suggest trying a different browser or device and see if the problem persists there as well. If it does persist, please email [email protected].
