Is an email really from FetLife?

Note: FetLife will never ask you for your password in an email or send you a password as an attachment.

If you get an email that says it's from FetLife, here are some ways to confirm it's really from us.

Check the address

Any correspondence from FetLife will only come from one of these email domains, or a subdomain of the following (such as welcome.fetlife.com):

However, look out for a misspelled version of any of these, since it might be someone pretending to be FetLife.

If you use Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Apple Mail, you can trust the email if the FetLife logo appears alongside our email address.
