What to do when I am not receiving emails from FetLife?

Some email providers unfortunately don't like receiving our emails.

If you aren't receiving emails from FetLife then we recommend checking your spam folder first.

If you can't find any emails from FetLife in your spam folder, the best way to start receiving emails from us is to add donotreply@fetlifemail.com and kinkyoperator@fetlife.com to your contacts list in your email provider.

  • Additionally you can add the same 2 emails to the safe senders list.
