You can now limit incoming friend requests to only "Friends of Friends". With this privacy setting enabled, it is no longer possible for all FetLifers to send you a friend request, unless they are friends with someone you're already friends with.

You can easily change the setting in your Privacy Settings under "Friend Requests".

Note: The setting doesn't affect already pending friend requests.
