We have made some improvements to Status Updates to make them more fun and expressive. From now on, you can use markdown, which allows you to add special formatting to your status updates.

With this update, you can do the following in your status updates:

• Make text bold or italic
• Show text as strikethrough
• Add quotes
• Create lists
