This applies only to new group discussions you started on or after February 14th. If you'd like to receive notifications for any group discussion you've posted before this change, simply unfollow and then refollow the discussion.

If you want to stop receiving notifications for any group post you’ve started, you can do that by unfollowing the discussion either from your notifications or from the discussion itself.
