Have you ever wanted to share a list of interesting people you think other FetLifers should know about? Have you ever wanted to find a list of people others have found interesting over the years on FetLife? This can include lists like “Thought Provoking Writers”, “Nationally Recognized Educators”, “European Leather Scene”. Now, with Community Lists, you can.

Community Lists puts the power back into the community and helps members find their people and build up their feed, instead of algorithms.

To create a Community List:

1. Click the “+” in the top navigation bar
2. Select “Create Community List”
3. Fill out the required info
4. Choose the members you would like to add to your list
5. Press “Add Members”

You can only add friends or people you follow to a Community List. Community Lists always respect members’ privacy settings and blocks.

If you are added to a Community List, you will be notified, and you can remove yourself from the list at any time.

If you prefer not to see when someone you follow creates a Community List in your feed you can customize your activity feed.

To view someone’s Community Lists:

1. Visit their profile
2. Select the “Lists” tab
3. Click on any Community List you want to see

P.S. Community Lists are currently available to all supporters and in the next coming weeks will be rolled out to everyone else. Supporters will be able to create unlimited Community Lists while everyone else will be able to create three.
