About The Workshop
Navigating the Different Stages of ENM
This workshop is for anyone exploring ethical non-monogamy, whether you've been on the journey for one month, one year, or over a decade.
Alternative relationships can be expansive, liberating and deeply fulfilling. They can also surface jealousy, insecurity, misalignment and unexpected complexity. This workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are, and equip you with the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Drawing on 18 years of lived ENM experience, and a track record of guiding hundreds of individuals and couples, James from Non-Monogamy Co will share practical, field tested frameworks to help you strengthen and sustain your relationships over time.
At the heart of this workshop is the revolutionary Ripples of ENM Framework, a developmental map created by Non-Monogamy Co that explores the stages many people move through on their non-monogamous journey. This is a way of learning how to navigate ENM that you will not find anywhere else.
We'll also cover:
- Communication frameworks & techniques
- Tools on how to navigate jealousy
- Tools for fostering compersion and embracing your partner's joy
- How to build and refine agreements, rules, & boundaries
- How to cultivate secure attachment
Whether you're single, partnered, solo-poly, relationship anarchist, monogamish, or part of a multi-partner dynamic, this workshop will have something for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is an informal, inclusive educational workshop for all genders, sexualities and relationship structures.
You don't need to currently be practising ENM to attend. If you're curious about non-monogamy, considering opening an existing relationship or simply want to understand it better, you're very welcome.
There's no expectation to share personal details or discuss your own relationship in the group. Participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Come alone, with a partner, with a friend, or bring the polycule.

James Buckley is a Somatic Sex and Relationship Coach with over 18 years of lived experience in alternative relationships and over a decade in the kink scene. Trained at the Somatica Institute of Sex and Relationship Coaching in San Francisco, James has supported hundreds of individuals and couples through his work as a sex and relationship coach.
