FetLife's guidelines, privacy policy, legal info, etc.
Copyright
Our community is filled with passionate kinksters who love sharing TTTWD (This Thing That We Do). It’s natural to want to re-post cool, kinky content found elsewhere. However, to respect the creator’s work, all content posted on FetLife should either feature you, be created by you, or be content you have permission to share.
If content is posted without permission and the copyright holder requests its removal, it will be taken down.

What happens if someone violates this guideline?
If the report or form has been filled out correctly, we remove the content and notify the member who posted the content.
The reported member has the right to file a Counter DMCA Notice. Once a Counter-DMCA is filed, FetLife will exchange the original DMCA and the Counter-DMCA between the involved parties. It is then up to the parties to resolve the matter in court. If we don’t receive a court order, the removed content will be restored in 7 days.
If someone continues to violate this guideline, they risk their gallery being wiped and also risk losing their account.
