What happens after a Counter-DMCA is filed?

Once a counter-DMCA is filed, FetLife will exchange the original DMCA and the counter-DMCA between the involved parties. The parties will then have to resolve the matter in court. If we are not contacted with a court order in favor of the content's removal, we will be legally obliged to restore the content in 7 days.
