Illegal Drug Use
While we realize that using drugs is a personal choice, we can’t allow public content depicting drug use.
What is considered drug use?
Drug Use includes the use of any recreational drugs except marijuana, cigarettes, and alcohol.
What is in violation of this guideline?
Examples include but are not limited to, pictures and videos that depict:
- Smoking crack, meth, etc.
- Lines or piles of drugs, including:
- Cocaine
- Meth
- Adderall
- Other Non-Prescription Drugs
- Blowing out smoke and mentioning "spun,” "spun out,” etc.
- Asking how to use or ingest drugs
- Realistic depictions of taking drugs e.g. snorting a white powder
Note: Euphemisms for drugs will be considered in the context in which they are used.
What is not in violation of this guideline?
Examples include:
- Stating that you will be using drugs
- Stating that you are high, tripping, etc.
- Drawing, illustration, cartoon, CGI, etc.
- Stating that you love drugs or are drug friendly
- Talking about your previous experiences with drugs
- Scene from a Hollywood movie, TV show, or staged photoshoot
- Injecting a legally prescribed drug (e.g. insulin, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), fertility supplement)
How do I report a potential violation of this guideline?
You can report potential Drug Use as follows:
- Visit the page with the potentially offensive material

- Provide any additional information that can help the person reviewing the report
