Kinktionary
More like guidelines and a lot less like definitions.
Welcome
Welcome to Kinktionary. Kinktionary is an online resource for and by kinksters. Built based on contributions from hundreds of Fetlife’s 10M+ members, Kinktionary provides a look at kink and BDSM related language, concepts, and community.
As you can imagine, this is a slippery subject - one that’s constantly evolving, and where personal variation can be as unique as, well, people! As a Wiki, Kinktionary is never perfect, never done. But it is updated, debated, and improved each and every day by people who care about the kink community - and helping others navigate it.
Any Fetlife member can suggest an edit to an existing entry. Just:
- Open the entry you wish to suggest an edit for.
- Select the “Suggest Edit” link at the bottom of the page.
- Make edits to the article and add the rationale behind the changes.
- Submit the form.
A member of the Fetlife team will review your submission. Other Fetlife members can also comment on pending edits.
Keep in mind that when an entry already has a suggested edit pending, you will need to wait until that one is processed.
You can view all open/accepted/closed suggested edits by all members here.
