Pegtember
Pegtember is a playful name for September as a month for celebrating or trying pegging. People may use the term for pegging-themed challenges, events, memes, or discussions during September.
Origins of the Term Pegtember
Pegtember appears to have emerged online in late August 2023 as a playful September-themed pegging challenge or celebration. One of the earliest clearly dated references is an Urban Dictionary entry from August 29, 2023, followed immediately by posts on TikTok and Reddit. At the time, many commenters were still asking what the word meant, suggesting it was very new or only beginning to spread.
The idea follows an already-established internet tradition of assigning sexual or kink-related themes to particular months. No Nut November, Anal August, and Locktober are other examples.
