Consent
Consent is a core part of kink, and that includes how we interact and share on FetLife. Members may only post content they created or have permission to share. We also believe that members can withdraw consent at any time, even if they originally agreed to have their photos or videos shared by someone else.
Members can also withdraw consent by blocking the other member. Hence, we do not allow blocks to be circumvented.
This also applies to posting FetLife content off-site and naming and shaming on-site. Also, FetLife does not allow fantasy pushing, so make sure to obtain consent before involving another member in a fantasy.

We support sex workers as people and as valued members of our community. But, due to legal restrictions, FetLife cannot be used for the exchange of sex acts. However, sharing experiences, offering support, and having open conversations about sex work are absolutely welcome.
FetLife is also no place for human trafficking, pimping, or pandering, and any accounts found engaging in such activity will be permanently removed.

Promotional Activity
We want people to bring all of themselves to FetLife, and sometimes that includes parts of their professional life. FetLife allows members to link their businesses as long as they genuinely participate in the community and are not solely focused on promotion.
We don’t allow spam, excessive promotion, clickbait, or profiles that only focus on taking members off-site. New accounts under three months old may not engage in promotional activity.
