Chastity Plug
A chastity plug is a device that is inserted into the vagina, anus, or urethra with the purpose of making that orifice inaccessible. Most commonly used in chastity play, they are often combined with or attached to a chastity belt or chastity cage.
Types of chastity plugs include:
- Chastity Butt/Anal Plugs: A butt plug attached to a chastity cage or belt. In some cases, it can't be removed without unlocking.
- Chastity Belt with Vaginal Plug: A chastity belt with a vaginal plug built into it.
- Chastity Belt with Double Plug: A chastity belt with two built-in plugs, designed for dual insertion into the anus and vagina.
- Chastity Cage with Urethral Plug: A chastity cage that includes a plug inserted into the urethra.
Why People Are Into It
People enjoy adding a plug to their chastity setup for many different reasons. Here are a few.
A Subtle Reminder
For some people, a plug can provide a low level of arousal during chastity. It's comfortable enough to wear long term, but provides enough sensation to remind them of the dynamic they're in. This can be magnified by wearing the device in public.
The Tease
Chastity is often about teasing, frustration, and denial. Adding additional sensation just adds another layer to this dynamic. For some, it can help build more tension and intensity, and turn up the volume on being in chastity.
Progression and Escalation
Some people use plugs in a progressive way: as restriction increases (smaller cage), plug size increases too. This can escalate the challenge and intensity of being in chastity.
Identity Reinforcement
For some people, chastity and plug use are closely tied to sissy play because they help them feel more in that role. The setup shifts how they experience pleasure and puts more focus on submission and vulnerability. It also acts as a constant reminder of the dynamic, which can make the role feel more real.
