A dominant partner who controls whether or not their submissive partner can orgasm or receive sexual stimulation. Often this is achieved by locking the submissive partner in a chastity belt or chastity cage and 'keeping hold' of the key implying that the submissive partner's genitals are owned or controlled by them.
