Meat Puppet
A meat puppet is usually a submissive role centered on objectification, depersonalization, and being used by the Dominant. The submissive (or “puppet”) gives up autonomy and is treated as a body to be positioned, used, or displayed by the Dominant, without independent will or input. The term can also be used more literally to refer to a fisting bottom, because a hand is placed inside of them, much like with a puppet.
Origins of the Term
Meat puppet didn't originate in the BDSM community, but likely evolved from broader English slang, where the term is used to refer to a person whose body or will is being controlled by someone else. Because the term "meat" has long been used to refer to the body as flesh (and therefore separate from the self or mind), this term emphasizes depersonalization as well as rawness and vulnerability.
