Bite Risk
Bite risk is a label some people use to describe themselves as playful, mouthy, or likely to bite during affection, flirtation, roughhousing, primal play, or BDSM scenes.
“Bite risk” is usually not a formal role on its own. It is more often used as a personality trait, warning, or shorthand descriptor. The term's meaning can also vary depending on context. For some, the term is lighthearted and playful, and may only express their mood in the moment. For others, it can evolve into more of a role, where biting is a central part of how they express themselves.
Some people wear “bite risk” collars, patches, pins, or buttons as a playful way to signal this trait in kink or pet play spaces.
