Attention Whore

A person who behaves in a provocative manner in order to get attention. Usually someone who is extremely flirtatious and wants all eyes - and hands - in the room on them.

This is often used in a derogatory manner toward people, frequently women, who are drawing attention to themself in a fashion the observer takes to be negative or unnecessary.
