Energy Bottom

An energy bottom is someone who takes the receptive or submissive role in energy play. They are sensitive to the flow of energy directed by the Energy Top, allowing themselves to absorb and experience it. Instead of guiding the energy, the energy bottom remains open, receiving it fully, and often undergoing significant emotional, physical, and energetic shifts. Their role is vital in maintaining the flow, as their openness helps fuel the exchange. Trusting in the Energy Top’s ability to manipulate the energy, the energy bottom surrenders control and allows themselves to be transformed by the powerful, reciprocal energy exchange.
