Pet Sitter
Pet Sitter usually describes someone who enjoys temporarily caring for, supervising, or playing with a person taking on an animal role, often while their regular Owner or Handler is unavailable.
A Pet Sitter may provide companionship, affection, treats, playtime, or help with training. Activities might include playing fetch, teaching tricks, giving praise, or supervising a human pet during playdates or events.
Unlike an Owner or Handler, a Pet Sitter typically takes on a temporary or occasional role rather than an ongoing position of authority. Some Pet Sitters enjoy giving commands and maintaining rules, while others simply provide attention, cuddles, and a safe space for someone to enjoy being in pet headspace.
The role doesn't necessarily involve dominance, submission, or sexual activity. The level of responsibility and control depends on what everyone involved has agreed to.
