Service Slut
Service slut usually refers to someone who derives fulfillment from eagerly pleasing, supporting, and serving their partner. The term combines service with slut, which is reclaimed as a term that denotes sexual availability and enthusiasm.
Service sluts typically find emotional satisfaction, sexual arousal, or both by making themselves useful, following instructions, and fulfilling another person's needs or desires.
For many service sluts, the act of serving is rewarding in itself. They may enjoy just knowing they're pleasing their partner, even when the activity is not sexual. Others enjoy receiving praise, approval, or affection for being helpful, obedient, or devoted.
Service can take many forms, including:
- Sexual service: Pleasuring a partner, fulfilling agreed-upon sexual requests, or focusing on another person's sexual satisfaction.
- Domestic service: Cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, or performing other household tasks.
- Personal service: Giving massages, preparing meals, bringing drinks, or attending to someone's physical needs.
- Emotional service: Helping a partner relax, offering comfort, or providing support.
- Devotional service: Following instructions, completing assigned tasks, anticipating a Dominant's needs, or maintaining an ongoing service routine.
Some service sluts also enjoy elements of objectification, humiliation, sexual availability, or being used for another person's pleasure. Others are primarily motivated by the satisfaction of being helpful and making their partner happy.
The role may be part of an ongoing Dominant/submissive or Master/slave relationship, or something someone enjoys during individual scenes. Although service sluts are commonly associated with submission, enjoying service does not necessarily mean someone wants to be submissive in every part of their relationship.
The term overlaps with service submissive and service whore. In practice, service slut and service whore are often used interchangeably, and there is no universally accepted distinction between them.
