A person who engages in sadism and masochism.

Sadomasochism refers to the derivation of pleasure, satisfaction, or excitement from inflicting pain, discomfort, humiliation, or suffering on others and having it inflicted in some way on one’s self.

This can be in the same setting or separate, and may depend on the connection with the other person.
