Castrator

Usually a masculine identifying Top in castration play and CBT play, where the play is focused on neutering (e.g. a steer role), or feminization (e.g. a sissy role). The term may also refer to a Dom who supports a partner through actual orchiectomy surgery, or takes symbolic ownership of that surgery (past, present or future) as a way of supporting their partner's identity work.
