Someone who enjoys both giving and receiving electrical stimulation. This would normally be from an Electro Top or Switch and to a Switch or Bottom.

The electrical stimulation is often used in conjunction with other play. (e.g. spanking, bondage, edging etc). If pads, clips or insertable are used for the electrical stimulation, it leaves the tops hands free for these other activities. This also means it's easy to make this a prolonged play.

Depending on the equipment used and power level, the feeling can range from a little tickle to screaming pain.
