Little one is a term often used to refer to someone who embraces a childlike persona within a consensual Caregiver/little (CGL) dynamic. This role is characterized by a desire for nurturing, guidance, and structure from a dominant partner, like a Daddy, Mommy, or Caregiver.

For many, adopting the "little one" role allows them to enter "littlespace," a mental state where they can feel and behave like a child. This can act as a stress reliever and even a way to cope with trauma.

Little one is often used interchangeably with just "little" depending on a person's preference.
