Padded Caregiver
Padded Caregiver is a term used in the adult baby diaper lover (ABDL) and age play communities to refer to individuals who take on a nurturing role, caring for those in the adult baby role while also being deeply interested in wearing diapers themselves. It is a more specific version of the broader Caregiver role.
Some participants engage deeply in role play with this, while others might simply find comfort in the act of wearing diapers without the full role-playing aspect or may find it enhances their role.
