Adult Baby

An adult that plays the role of a baby, to varying degrees. This could involve wearing and using diapers and onesies, sucking pacifiers, eating mushy food (often just actual baby food from a grocery store), playing with baby toys (like blocks or stacking rings), sleeping in cribs, not being allowed to say "big kid words" or any words at all, or anything else that is seen as infantile.

Every AB (abbreviation for adult baby) has their own way of going about it. For some it is sexual, and for some it is not. This is not the same as age regression.
