Adult Baby Diaper Lover (ABDL)
Adult baby diaper lover (ABDL) is is a term used to refer to someone who enjoys (or is curious about) age regression, age play, and/or the mindset of being a baby or young child. This can include wearing baby clothes, using pacifiers or bottles, playing with toys, or seeking comfort and caregiving in a childlike role.
ABDL combines two kinks:
- Diaper Lover (DL): Someone who enjoys wearing, using, or seeing others in diapers, whether for comfort, sexual excitement, or personal reasons, without necessarily being interested in other aspects of age play or being a "baby".
- Adult Baby (AB): Someone who enjoys (or is curious about) age regression, age play and regressing to a baby-like state.
The ABDL role embraces both identities, together or individually, and offers space for everyone who enjoys any combination of these interests!
