Flip
A flip is someone in the age-regression community who is both a regressor and a Caregiver, taking on either role at different times. The term is often used instead of switch in non-sexual age-regression spaces because switch is more strongly associated with BDSM and kink. A flip may also be an age dreamer as well as a Caregiver.
Origins of the Term Flip
Flip appears to have developed within online age-regression communities. It was in established use by at least early 2022 on Reddit and Tumblr. The exact coiner and original date are unclear.
