Finromantic

Finromantic is a romantic orientation used to describe someone who experiences romantic attraction to femininity, but not necessarily to women themselves. Finromantics are drawn to the qualities associated with femininity, regardless of the person's gender identity. These qualities can be things like softness, empathy, nurturing nature, or aesthetics traditionally associated with femininity.

Because finromantic attraction focuses on femininity, it can be felt towards people of any gender identity, including women, men, transgender people, non-binary people, etc. Plus, since femininity itself can be expressed in many ways, finromantic attraction can be quite varied.

It's important to note that finromantic is still a developing term, and there may not be a universally agreed-upon definition. However, Finromantic is distinct from other romantic orientations like gay, lesbian, or bisexual. It specifically focuses on the expression of femininity rather than gender identity itself. Someone could be finromantic and also identify with another romantic orientation, such as someone who is finromantic and bisexual.
