Boypussy
Boypussy is slang for a male or masculine person’s anus, especially when talking about a man who is the receptive or bottom partner during anal sex. The term treats the anus as a sexual “hole” and is often used in gay, queer, porn, and kink contexts.
The term can also be used by some trans men to refer to their vulva or vagina. In that context, “boypussy” emphasizes that the body part belongs to a man rather than describing it as female anatomy. Not every trans man is comfortable with the term, so it is best treated as self-chosen language rather than a general label for trans men’s bodies.
Boypussy may appear in scenes that include feminization, submission, breeding-fantasy, or power-exchange, but it does not necessarily imply any of those things.
Boypussy and bussy are closely related terms, as “bussy” is slang for “boy pussy.” However, bussy has spread more widely into memes, jokes, and queer internet slang, giving it a more playful or humorous tone. Boypussy is generally used more literally and sexually.

Boypussy appears to have originated in gay slang before becoming common online. One gay slang dictionary recorded “boy-pussy” as early as 1999, and Urban Dictionary entries from 2003 show definitions that align with the way the term is used today.
The phrase remained relatively niche through the 2000s but became more visible online during the 2010s, alongside the rise of related terms such as “bussy.”
