Horny Net Geek (HNG)

This term is considered a negative or derogatory term for people who are sending out unwanted (often sexual) attention.

In more limited contexts, HNG may be taken to mean "horny new guy," which refers to someone who is new to kink spaces (and may behave inappropriately as a result of their lack of knowledge/inexperience.)
