Microphilia
The term microphilia literally means "a fetish for tiny things." However, in practice, most microphilia tends to be a sexual interest in beings that are particularly tiny, or of being particularly tiny oneself.
The opposite, though closely related, kink is macrophilia.
Microphilia is relatively well-supported in the furry fandom, and somewhat rare outside of it. Some microphilic kinks can be associated with a giantess fetish, though in those cases, usually the man is a tiny and helpless being to any normal-sized woman (who, to him, would be a giant).
Why People Are Into It
In most cases, microphilia embraces a feeling of erotic helplessness and humiliation as the tiny being can be easily manhandled and used by almost any being of normal size.
Ways to Play
Due to the enormous size difference, most microphiliac scenarios tend to lean toward fantasies. Writings, movies, forced POV, and the like can provide the illusion of the observer or reader being a much smaller size. However, by laying down on the floor and literally letting their partner walk all over them, those who are into microphilia can get the same feeling of being small and helpless they may be looking for.
