Partialism

Partialism is an umbrella term for any sexual interest that focuses on a specific body part, such as the hair, breasts, feet, or hands. Having a partialism is much like having a fetish. But, where fetish typically refers to sexual arousal focused on nonliving objects (like shoes, latex, or underwear), partialism refers to a fetish for a specific body part.

Partialism is fairly common. A 2007 survey found that about one-third of the fetish community has some kind of partialism.
