Macrophilia
The term macrophilia (often shortened simply to "macro") literally means "a fetish for large things." In kink, the term refers to a liking for truly gigantic things, either being them or playing with them.
The opposite and related kink to macrophilia is microphilia.
Macrophilia is a fairly well-represented kink in the furry community. Outside of kink, the main variety of macrophilia seen tends to be giantess fetish.
Why People Are Into It
In many cases, macrophilia is less about having sex with the gigantic being and more about the raw size and power, often used to physically dominate, humiliate, or simply rampage over the smaller figures beneath them. If the macrophile is into being a victim for the giant being, they may very well be the one being messed with in a variety of ways that leaves them feeling physically helpless, or perhaps just witnessing the carnage in the macro being's wake.
Ways to Play
In most cases, due to the size differences involved, most macro play tends to lean toward fantasy scenarios. Usually through stories, pictures, text-based role playing, or force-POV videos. Some people use small toys, figurines, and breakable set pieces for the purposes of macro fantasies with a real life partner, or for self-gratification.
