Hijra

In South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal), "hijra" is a cultural and sociological term for transgender, intersex, or eunuch individuals who live outside the traditional male/female binary.

Since they take on a bit of a more spiritual role in society, it's fair to say this is the East Indian Two spirit.
