Intersex Female

An intersex female is an intersex person who identifies as female. When displayed on a FetLife profile this is abbreviated to ISF.

Intersex people have one or more sex characteristics that do not fit typical binary notions of male or female bodies. Typically, intersex is a medically or genetically diagnosed condition where sex characteristics are physical features relating to biological sex. These include chromosomes, genitals, gonads, hormones, and other reproductive anatomy, as well as secondary features that emerge from birth, puberty or even later in adulthood.
