Fisting

The sexual act of inserting one or more hands into a person's vagina or anus. In some ways related to stretching it is meant to give a feeling of someone being very deep inside a person and / or a stretching sensation into the vagina or anus.

In deep anal fisting some people have been able to reach into the abdomen and create a bulge. In double fisting two hands will gog into one hole, or one in both the vagina and anus at the same time. These are more extreme activities and comes with additional risks.

Risks

There are health risks to fisting when it goes beyond the limits of what the body can normally do which can cause very serious injuries. Including internal tearing and soft tissue damage. Building up slowly and carefully is, therefore, important.

In fisting, lube is very much needed to make sure no tearing happens. When fisting, especially when going deeper, the use of gloves is advised to reduce any edges from nails and other parts of the hands. This combined with lots of lube can make this safer and more sustainable.
