Moresome

Moresome is often used as an umbrella term for any sexual group activity. Depending on the source, you may see it as including more than three, four, or five people. Examples include a gangbang as well as an orgy. Likely came about because it rhymes with "threesome" and "foursome," as many people use the term "threesomes, foursomes, and moresomes."
