Fotboth
Fotboth is an acronym that stands for “foot on the back of their head.” It describes a rough sex position where one partner uses a foot to press or hold the other partner’s head down during sex. This is usually done in a doggy-style position, with the giving partner squatting or kneeling over the receiving partner, with one foot on their head and one leg behind their body. It can involve vaginal or anal sex.
Because fotboth involves pressure on the head, neck, or face, it carries higher physical and psychological risk. It's best to limit force, and watch for blocked breathing or pressure that could injure the neck or restrict someone’s ability to signal distress. A nonverbal safe word or clear tap-out signal is especially important.
